Furkan Tümay (FoaltyCoder) created all applications on this website and mobile platforms (Apple App Store & Google Play Store) as Ad-Supported or Subscription-based apps. This SERVICE is provided at no cost or via subscription and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for all applications published under the FoaltyCoder brand.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Personal Information is collected solely to provide and improve the Service and is not shared except as described in this policy.

A) Locally Stored Data (On-Device)

For our Budget Planning tools, the following data is stored locally on your device (e.g., Hive database):

• Daily expense records (date, amount, category, notes).
• Manual income entries.
• Customization settings (category names and colors).

This data remains on your device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

B) Cloud-Synced Data (Server-Side)

Our applications use third-party services to provide cross-device syncing and backup features:

• Firebase Authentication: Email and Unique User ID (UID) for secure access.
• Firebase Firestore: Recurring income/expense templates (name, monthly amount) for backup.

3. App-Specific Data & Service Nature

• Budget Planning: Designed for personal finance tracking. Daily transaction details are stored locally, while recurring templates and account info are synced for multi-device support.
• Local News Browser: Functions as a private web browser. We do not track or store your browsing history. Favorites are stored locally.
• Traveler Currency: Exchange rates are provided via third-party APIs for informational use. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
• Education & Games: Progress and scores are stored via cloud services to preserve your data across sessions.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (KVKK & GDPR)

We process data based on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual Necessity: To provide the core features of the app.
• Explicit Consent: For backup services and identity verification where applicable.
• Legitimate Interest: For app security and crash reporting.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Transfer

Our apps interact with the following providers. Please note that Firebase servers are located in the United States. We ensure data safety through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. User Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated cloud data permanently within the app settings.

7. Security

We utilize TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmissions to cloud services. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

All transactions are handled by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your financial, credit card, or billing information. We only receive a technical confirmation to unlock features.

9. Log Data

In case of an error, Log Data (IP address, device name, OS version) may be collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix the issue.

10. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not knowingly address anyone under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data, we delete it immediately from our servers.

11. Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
