This document constitutes the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms and Conditions for all applications created and published by FoaltyCoder (Furkan Tümay).

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple or Google. Once a purchase is initiated and the application or premium feature is accessed, (Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their policies.

(Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from the use of the applications. We do not accept any claims for financial loss, data loss, misinformation, service interruption, API failure, or damages of any kind under any circumstances. Users acknowledge that all actions and decisions taken based on information provided by the application are made entirely at their own risk.

The applications do not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Any information displayed is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for decision-making.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service. You must not attempt to interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the applications. You are solely responsible for any data charges incurred.

The applications are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. By using the applications, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or (Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder. Your license will terminate automatically and without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall immediately cease.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

(Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the applications or services at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such changes.

10. External Services and Third-Party Links

The applications may access external services, websites, or content owned by third parties. (Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder has no control over and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, services, advertisements, or privacy practices.

11. Consent to Use of Data

Technical and diagnostic data may be collected via Firebase, Analytics, or similar tools to maintain and improve services. This data does not directly identify users and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Export Restrictions

You may not export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by applicable export control laws.

13. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

All news headlines, trademarks, and logos displayed through browser-based applications belong to their respective owners. For copyright concerns, contact foaltycoder@icloud.com.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
