Terms of Use

This document constitutes the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms and Conditions for all applications created and published by FoaltyCoder (Furkan Tümay).

1. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

By using our applications, you acknowledge the following technical roles and limitations:

• Budget Planning (Kakeibo): This application is designed strictly for personal finance tracking and management. It serves as a tool for users to manually monitor their own data. It does not provide investment, tax, or financial consultancy services.
• Local News Browser: This application functions strictly as a mobile web browser and technical search tool. It does not create or publish news content. (Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.
• Traveler Currency: Financial data is retrieved from third-party APIs for informational purposes only. FoaltyCoder does not guarantee real-time accuracy or availability of this data.
• General Apps: All services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. License and Restrictions (Reverse Engineering Prohibited)

Applications are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Distributing, renting, or reselling the Licensed Application.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code.
• Modifying or creating derivative works.
• Attempting to bypass security systems or monetization mechanisms.

3. Subscriptions and No-Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. (Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder does not issue refunds under any circumstances once a premium feature is accessed. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective App Store providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

(Furkan Tümay) FoaltyCoder expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of the applications. We do not accept responsibility for:

• Financial losses or decisions made based on application data.
• Data loss resulting from device failure, hardware issues, or application errors (even if cloud backup features are used).
• Service interruptions or third-party API failures.

5. No Professional Advice

The applications do not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Any information displayed is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decision-making. Specifically for financial tools, users are solely responsible for the interpretation of their data.

6. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the applications solely for **personal, non-commercial use**.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Use the applications only for lawful purposes.
• Accept sole responsibility for all data and information entered into the application.

7. Age Restriction

The applications are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. By using the applications, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.

8. Termination

Your license will terminate automatically and without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

FoaltyCoder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the applications at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such changes.

10. External Services and Third-Party Links

FoaltyCoder has no control over and assumes no responsibility for third-party websites, content, services, or privacy practices accessed through our applications.

11. Consent to Use of Data

Technical and diagnostic data may be collected to improve services. This is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
